About Luke
Luke Beck is the founder of ifortynine and an Honors College Fellow at the University of Arkansas. His work spans public policy, software development, and emerging fields such as artificial intelligence. He has built AI technology used by cities nationwide, authored more than forty-five bills for the Arkansas State Legislature, and founded the nation’s largest co-ed legislative education nonprofit. Guided by a deep passion for technology, innovation, and policy, Luke works with public and private sector clients including startups, investors, and governments to tackle complex challenges and deliver meaningful solutions.
